Order Instructions · Find an item to purchase · Choose how many prepacks to buy · Click on “Add Item” · After adding all desired items, click on “Purchase Order”, located at the top of the page. · Review the items and quantities in your basket. Click “Checkout” when you are done. · Fill in the necessary fields regarding company information and order details. Submit the form when you are finished. · You will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided during your account registration. Payment 1. Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted 2. UPS COD: Requires a 20% deposit. The balance should be in the form of a Money Order or Cashier Check which will be collected by the UPS driver. (Not Available for International Shipping) 3. Prepayment: Send a Company Check, Money Order or Cashier Check to the office. Your order will be shipped after the funds have been cleared. (Usually 7 - 10 Days after the receipt of payment.) 3. Partial returns on a prepack assortment are not accepted. 4. All returns are at the customer’s expense. A call tag is not issued and the customer is required to pay the shipping charges of returned merchandise. NOTE: Markdown dollars may be provided for slightly damaged but sellable goods that the customer keeps. 5. After West By Southwest receives the returned merchandise, a credit will be added to your account which can be applied towards another order. Sizing West By Southwest categorizes merchandise into 4 distinct sizing categories -- Junior, Contemporary, Missy, and Plus. Below are guidelines as to the fit and sizing of each category. This information is shown on the title of each item and also at the end of the style number. Returns due to the sizing of merchandise (i.e. “The merchandise is smaller than my customers want.”) will not be accepted. Each style is tried on to determine its fit. J = Junior (Very Small Customers) – S, M, L, XL (Fits Sizes 1 – 11) C = Contemporary (Moderately Small Customers) – S, M, L, XL (Fits Sizes 4 – 14) M = Missy (Regular Sized Customers) – S, M, L, XL (Fits Sizes 6 – 16 or 8 – 18 depending on manufacturer) X = Plus (Woman’s Sizes) – 1X, 2X, 3X (Fits full figured women sizes 18 – 24) XX = Super Sizes (Woman’s Sizes) – 4X, 5X, 6X (Fits full figured women sizes 26 – 30) It is important to understand that West By Southwest is an off-price vendor and many of the styles purchased and sold are not in perfect prepacks. An attempt is made to offer each customer the best available sizing breakdown dependent upon what was available from the manufacturer. If the sizing for a style is extremely unusual, an attempt will be made to provide this information.

Requesting a Catalog
Printed catalogs are unavailable because of rapid turnover rates with the inventory.
Return Policy
1. All returns must be approved by the Sales Department within 10 days of shipping.
2. Return Authorization Number is required prior to returning any merchandise.
